Island Beach Club is a 10 unit building with a new heat pump, shared pool.

Enjoy many activities on your visit; swimming, snorkeling, beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, sunset dining, picnicking, shopping, watching wildlife, golfing, bicycling, tennis, and more. Easily explore, taking advantage of the free trolley. There are convenient stops the length of the island.

Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of homes and small resorts.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Island Beach Club Community Rules:
Our community is smoke free. Smoking, tobacco use of any kind, and vaping are not allowed
in the units, porches and common areas.
o Quiet hours are 10PM to 9AM. Tenants should observe the posted pool hours. Night
swimming is prohibited.
o Each unit is permitted to park one car on the shelled lot. In addition, there is no
perpendicular parking to the east side of the building (the side with the unit main entry
doors).
o Tenants must abide by the four-person occupancy limit per rental unit, and guests of these
tenants should be limited and closely monitored. Tenant use of the pool is limited to four
persons per unit, tenant/guest groups greater than four persons are welcome to enjoy our
private beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Guests may park at the north end of the
building only.
o No tenant may charge a golf cart on IBC property. No golf carts are to be parked on the IBC
lot.
o Tenants and guests are not permitted to bring pets of any kind onto the IBC property.
o There is one grill available in the IBC common area for tenants' use. The grill may not be
moved, and tenants must clean the grill after use and be certain to turn off the gas. No tenant
or guest may use their own grill on IBC property.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Condo was very clean and up to date. Cooked a few times there and also grilled on the outdoor grill. Very nice to come off the beach and get in the pool. Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely condo with an amazing location! The condo had everything that we needed, and was in a perfect location walking distance to shops and steps from the beach. We also enjoyed the pool which was a nice break in the afternoon from the beach. We enjoyed our stay and our two kids had a blast on the beach and at the pool.

Perfect First Trip to the Island

This was our first visit to AMI and we had a great time! The condo was exactly as described. We had a great view of the ocean and the screened-in balcony allowed us to enjoy it without bugs! The kids loved being able to go to the beach and then to the pool. The trolley stop was only about a block away which was very convenient. Just a quick tip if you’re planning to rent a golf cart – make sure you get a gas cart. There is nowhere to plug in an electric cart at the property. Thanks for a wonderful trip! We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

This place was great place to stay, on the beach amazing views. Close to everything you need, grocery (Publix), restaurants, ect. The accommodations were perfect for us, all we needed for a great vacation, and very clean. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for the perfect beach vacation or get away.
