Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of homes and small resorts.
Enjoy many activities on your visit; swimming, snorkeling, beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, sunset dining, picnicking, shopping, watching wildlife, golfing, bicycling, tennis, and more. Easily explore on the free trolley, with convenient stops the length of the island. Take a walk out over Sarasota Bay on our boardwalk, that weaves through the mangroves to a charming Gazebo with a fun swing, fishing and boating dock.
**Please keep in mind if the elevator becomes inoperable due to any reason, the stairs will be the only form of transportation to and from your unit. This unit is subject to the rules and regulations of a Condo Association which is not affiliated with A Paradise Vacation Rentals. We are not notified by nor can we be held responsible for any exterior maintenance that might occur during your stay.

This condo is in a great location. Right on the beach with a pool steps away. It was spotless and well equipped. The screened porch overlooking the beach great and an easy walk to Bridge Street. We would definitely recommend this rental.

I could not find a place on TA to write a review, so I thought I would let you know about my experience here. We have rented through A Paradise Rentals on at least five occasions through the years, and we have had a wonderful experience. Recently, I booked our 2017 rental with them and they were very accommodating regarding a special request. They have a (relatively) low up-charge for holiday periods and this has influenced our choice of rentals over the years. It’s nice to find a rental management company with great customer service and I wanted to recognize their effort. I hope this helps other visitors!
