Cypress Breeze Farm welcomes all levels of experience and insists that you make a reservation 24 hours in advance, so they can pair each person with the correct horse. Rides last 60 to 90 minutes and are great for anyone, whether you’re a horse enthusiast who wants to further their knowledge or a beginner who has never been in the saddle before. Specialty services such as beach horseback riding and equine yoga are scheduled throughout the year.
Groups of up to four people will be able to go horseback riding on the beach and wade into the water and out to a sandbar they can explore. From the sandbar, the horses will swim back to shore, and riders will enjoy the incredible view.

Beach horseback riding is still their most popular outing, however, and you can book a private ride for ages three and up for up to four hours. Their experienced instructors are ready to give you the experience of a lifetime and help you cross this item off your bucket list! Some of the packages they offer are:
The Trail Ride at Deer Prairie Creek Reserve is for 2 hours and ages eight and up. Perfect for small groups of two to six riders at any skill level. This ride takes you through the beautiful nature preserve and along the banks of the Myakka River.
The Thrill Ride lasts for one hour and is available for ages three and up. You’ll get a one-on-one riding experience with an instructor while you ride on the beach and in the water. You also have the option to ride bareback, and instructors can teach you fun activities to do with your horse in the water. This is a great photo opportunity and a chance to make sure this is a ride you’ll never forget.
The Chill Ride is one and a half hours for ages 10 and up. It is an authentic, relaxing, but not boring ride on the beach. It’s another great photo opportunity as you ride along the water’s edge.
The Private Ride is four hours long and customized to each rider. It includes a limo pickup at our rental, an additional security detail if needed, and you’re given up to six horses to ride.

C Ponies
Winner of 2022 Best of Bradenton Awards in the category of horseback riding service, C Ponies offers a few different options for beach riding. Times range from an hour and a half to two hours for ages 10 and up. Watch from horseback as dolphins, manatees, and stingrays swim past you, and then take a dip with your horse! Horses are also available for trail rides.
Platinum Excursion is a one-and-a-half-hour ride for ages 10 and up where you’ll go riding on the beach and swim in the Bay. Hold on tight while you swim through the Bay with your new friend.
Sunset Platinum Excursion is one and a half hours long for ages 10 and up. You’ll go riding on the beach and swimming in the Bay at sunset. Admire this gorgeous view from the back of your horse while you frolic and play in the water.
The Alafia River State Park Trail ride is perfect if you’re trying to get out of the sun! It’s a two-hour ride on the trail for ages 12 years and up. The terrain has changed over the years and is perfect for trail riding. Keep your eyes peeled for water birds, turtles, and even alligators! This is the perfect spot for a photo shoot, and your guide will be happy to capture the moment.
Deer Prairie Creek Preserve Trail is a two-hour trail ride for 12 years and up. This is another beautiful stretch of land where your guide will be happy to explain the different types of wildlife you’ll encounter along the Myakka River.
