You'll enjoy the feel of an old-fashioned Florida beach vacation in this quiet, secluded 8-unit complex nestled on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico at the north end of Longboat Key. This is the definition of the simple life! Australian Pines whisper their invitation to stay and relax for a while. Right outside your door you'll find miles of white sand beaches, gorgeous Gulf waters, a sparkling heated pool, and a bike and walking path running the length of the island. What could be more wonderful.

Longboat Key is home to no less than six public parks, including the wetland and coastal dune forest preservation project at Joan M. Durate Park, Quick Point Nature Preserve, Bayfront Park Recreation Center, and the Longboat Key Public Tennis Center.

Fabulous restaurants dot the island, or cross the bridge and head to world-famous St. Armand's Circle, a shopper's and diner's paradise. In between you'll find City Island, home of Mote Marine Laboratories and the Save Our Seabirds Rescue Center. Stop at the Old Salty Dog (voted Best Outdoor Dining in Sarasota) for a bite to eat while taking in fabulous views over New Pass.

Back at home you'll enjoy the comforts of a spacious three bedroom/two bath unit, including a fully remodeled kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, and a screened porch overlooking the Gulf. The master and second bedrooms feature king size beds, with twin beds in the third bedroom. Each of these sleeping quarters sports its own television.

You'll find other conveniences to your liking, including a washer/dryer in the unit, assigned covered parking, and an elevator. Please note there is only one parking space available for this unit.

Everything about this place is wonderful. The management. The privacy. The accessibility,. Great near by restaurants. So much to see and to do. The neighbors were all friendly and welcoming and helpfu. Just perfect.
