Gulf front condo at the Martinique, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a gorgeous views of the Gulf. Fifth floor, with elevators, and a heated pool. Sleeps four. Great central location near shopping, restaurants, and beaches.
This property requires a mandatory application that has to be done through the association 30 days prior to arrival.
Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. It’s fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient access, almost at the end of every block, along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of single family homes and small resorts.
Enjoy many activities on your visit; swimming, snorkeling, beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, sunset dining, picnicking, shopping, watching wildlife, golfing, bicycling, tennis (There are public courts on the island), para-sailing, jet ski or kayak.

Can’t say enough good things about this condo and location. Literally in the middle of Anna Maria Island. Two block walk to great restaurants and shopping. Unit is on 5th floor and has excellent beach views as well as excellent views of sky bridge and sunsets. This will be our go to condo every time we come down to the island.

My spouse enjoyed staying here for a whole week. What’s funny is my husband’s grandma used to own unit 504 and his great- grandma owned 505. When we saw 505 as an option to rent, my husband about cried because he spent all summers as a child here and has great memories from both units. 505 was very clean and had everything you needed for a beach day or a quiet evening at home. Very close to many restaurants, although most were closed due to it being off season. I had my morning coffee on the patio/sun room every morning and was sad when we had to leave. Will definitely be coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay in 505 and will definitely return. Very nice condo, great location and great view.

The unit was very clean and well stocked in the kitchen. The view was good both from the porch and sitting outside in front of the unit. We used to the cooler which was a bonus. Also the beach towels were great to have.
