While the exterior of this complex hints of a quaint Mediterranean village, the chic interior is pure Anna Maria Island Americana. This home away from home beckons you to relax, relax, relax.

No grilling is allowed in this community.

Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of homes and small resorts.

Enjoy many activities on your visit; swimming, snorkeling, beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, sunset dining, picnicking, shopping, watching wildlife, golfing, bicycling, tennis, and more. Easily explore the island on the free trolley with convenient stops the length of the island.

**Please keep in mind if the elevator becomes inoperable due to any reason, the stairs will be the only form of transportation to and from your unit. This unit is subject to the rules and regulations of a Condo Association which is not affiliated with A Paradise Vacation Rentals. We are not notified by nor can we be held responsible for any exterior maintenance that might occur during your stay.

"Location was great for beach access, right across the street. Was listed as a 2 bedroom, but had 3. Can sleep at least 6. Large kitchen as well as dining room. Large screened in porch night time relaxation.

Hurricane Helene caused approximately 6 feet NAVD of storm surge that has had devastating impacts on the City of Holmes Beach that caused every ground level home to experience between one 1 to 5 feet of water intrusion.

Ordinances for a limited time to reduce the number of members of the public in the City to allow for safer, quicker, more effective, and efficient recovery efforts, and is otherwise in the best interest of the City, its residents, and citizens and for the public’s health, safety, and welfare.

This moratorium will be in effect immediately upon passage for a period of 45 days, unless otherwise extended, modified, replaced, or terminated by the Board of Commissioners pursuant to the City’s Charter.

Rental units can be used for displaced residents and construction workers over 30-day stays.
