This delightful condo in Holmes Beach offers a shared pool, two screened lanais, and easy access to island life. Beautifully furnished, and well equipped for your enjoyment, every amenity to make your stay memorable is provided.

A king size bed in the primary bedroom, a queen size bed in the second bedroom and a queen pullout sofa in the living room. The full kitchen is outfitted to make any cooking task feel effortless. And for your added convenience, you'll have a private washer/dryer.

Parking is limited to two vehicles.

Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient access, almost at the end of every block, along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of single family homes and small resorts.

Enjoy many activities on your visit: swimming, snorkeling, beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, shopping, watching wildlife, golfing, bicycling, tennis, and more. Easily explore the island on the free trolley, with convenient stops the length of the island.

"We stayed with our 4 children at this conveniently located VRBO home. This home was in walking distance of everything that Anna Maria Island has to offer. (If it wasn't walk-able, then we hopped on the free trolley, which makes stops all along the island.) The property was clean and well stocked with everything that a family could ever want or need for a vacation. The property manager was incredibly responsive and courteous.

"The apartment is very close to the beach. It is lovingly decorated, very beautiful and modern furnished. Chairs, umbrellas various beach towels, everything was available. It is very clean and well divided. The layout and arrangements of the rooms quite great. We will be back!

"This is our second year in a row staying in this condo. We love the condo and its location. We plan to stay there again next year. I highly recommend it as it has everything you need for a beach vacation and is within a quick walk to the beach and grocery store.

"We loved this condo. We have rented many condos for our family over the years. This condo was the perfect walking distance to the beach, was the most well-stocked condo with everything you need for your trip, the most comfortable pull-out sofa mattress ever...just an overall great experience. "We really enjoyed staying at beachview 8. Just a few blocks from the beach, very convenient to grocery and drug stores. The condo was very nice photos are accurate. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the beach umbrellas and chairs. And we loved having double lanai's. I will definitely be booking this again.

"We had a wonderful family vacation in Beachview 8. The rental included a pack and play and a toddler bed, along with very comfortable beds and pillows in both bedrooms. It is close to the beach, making it easy to bring all the supplies necessary for two kids. A private pool is right outside and was very family-friendly. We enjoyed having two lanais for morning coffee . It is located extremely close to the grocery store, ice cream shop, souvenir shops, and drugstores for any last minute vacation needs. The trolley stop was nearby to explore Anna Maria Island without having to use a car. We will definitely be staying here again to make more family memories!

Peaceful Convenient Location

"This place is perfect for a quiet family vacation. Publix is right across the street, the beach is a short walking distance, and the best burger place is just one street over! The pool is relaxing and the beds are super comfy. Not only is It snuggled up close to the beach and convenience but also a quick free trolly ride brings you to even more restaurants and fun activities. By far one of my favorite vacation spots yet. Can’t wait to come back.

"We stayed two weeks in this condo. It was clean and had all the items needed for a relaxing time. It is a short, easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed watching the sunset at the beach side cafe. Publix, drugstores and good restaurants are also nearby. We have never stayed at a more convenient location!

Amazing Location!

"We had such an amazing time during our October stay! We drove down but didn’t need to use our car for the entire week. We were able to walk to Publix for groceries, walked to the beach, and used the free Trolly to try some restaurants around the island. The short walk to the beach was made even easier using the provided beach cart, umbrella and chairs. The condo was quiet and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. In the mornings and evenings we enjoyed the patios. We will definitely be back!
