Undercover parking, an open-air lanai, and elevator complete the package. There is a large heated pool and spa directly on the beach.

24 hour parking for one car. No overnight guest parking. Parking permits required.
Please know an application with the homeowner's association is required to obtain parking permits. The application fee is covered in your reservation.
**Please keep in mind if the elevator becomes inoperable due to any reason, the stairs will be the only form of transportation to and from the unit. This unit is subject to the rules and regulations of a Condo Association which is not affiliated with A Paradise Vacation Rentals. We are not notified of, nor can we be held responsible, for any exterior maintenance that might occur during your stay.

Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and is one half mile long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of homes and small resorts.
You are vacationing in a residential area where homes are in close proximity to each other. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. A violation of the city's noise control ordinance shall subject the violator to the issuance of a notice of violation or citation. Noise is measured at the property line of the property generating the noise.

This is just where you want to be…..trust me. Sleep number bed…what?! You heard me! Large balcony, nice patio furniture, comfy sofa, great TV. Best vacation ever. Cooked in the kitchen every night. Thanks for having us! Garry and Donna
