A minimum one-month rental is required. Perico Bay Community requires ALL renters to complete an application for residency. The fee for the application is included in the rental price.

Perico Bay Club is a beautiful and secure environment, offering the safety and security of a 24/7 guarded and gated entry. Centrally located, the neighborhood offers quick and easy access to the Anna Maria Island beaches and to the City of Bradenton, on the mainland.

Bring your binoculars to experience the fascinating wildlife. Relax in the heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, just steps from the condo. Want more, enjoy a lap pool, tennis courts, table tennis, shuffleboard, and horseshoe courts. Take advantage of the nearby Robinson Nature Preserve and explroe winding nature trails.

A cheerful entry and a few stairs lead into this 1200 square foot condo. In the open main living area you'll find spacious vaulted ceilings. A beautiful and modern kitchen will make meal preparation a breeze. Just beyond is a screened porch overlooking one of Perico Bay Club's small lakes. Everyone's favorite place is the lanai. You can enjoy the gorgeous weather and watch the endless array of Florida birds that make Perico Island their home.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, and slider doors leading to the lanai. The primary bathroom has a walk in shower. The first guest bedroom features a queen size bed. The second guest room features a twin daybed with a trundle. Both guest bedrooms have easy access to the guest bathroom.

Outside you'll enjoy everything Perico Bay Club has to offer! Each cluster of units has its own heated pool and spa, perfect for sunning and swimming. Explore a bit further and head over to the Perico Bay Clubhouse. Here you'll find an Olympic size pool for laps, an exercise room, a library, tennis courts, shuffleboard and many other activities.
