Located in Holmes Beach, "Palm Paradise" is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. This canal front rental is just minutes from Gulf of Mexico beaches, and open waters for boating.
You can easily catch the free trolley at the corner of 71st Street and Palm Drive for exploring the island without stress. The trolley runs every 20 minutes, and takes you length of island.
"Palm Paradise" offers accommodations for up to six guests with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. In this spacious home you'll find a layout conducive to entertaining and relaxing. There is seating for six guests at the kitchen breakfast bar making it the perfect place to socialize. The dining room provides a nice place to gather for a more formal meal experience. In the family room you will find plenty of seating around the flat screen television.
Heading out of the family room takes you to the backyard pool area and canal. Sit in the lounge chairs under the covered patio area. Take in canal views, and cool breezes. Go for a swim in the heated pool no matter what time of year. Be sure to take advantage of the propane grill and outdoor dining area for a Florida style backyard barbecue.
In the two guests rooms you'll find one queen bed and two twin beds. The master bedroom has a king bed and the master bathroom has a walkin shower. The main bathroom offers a tub shower combo. Each of the bedrooms has a television for catching up on your favorite shows before bed.
This rental offers a washer/dryer in the laundry room. There is also a second refrigerator located in the laundry room for added convenience. There are three parking spaces available for vehicles.
The canal dock has space for a 30 foot boat. Please note, the boat lift is not available for guest use.
Pool heat is $25 per day. 1 week minimum.
You are vacationing in a residential area where homes are in close proximity to each other. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. A violation of the city's noise control ordinance shall subject the violator to the issuance of a notice of violation or citation. Noise is measured at the property line of the property generating the noise.
