This Bradenton Beach home is spacious and airy with the kitchen, dining and living rooms flowing together to maximize space. The bedrooms are split 2 and 2, each paired with a bathroom, on opposite ends of the house. Pocket doors offer added privacy.

Relax in the heated, 83 degree, pool amidst the lush tropical yard. Grill some Gulf shrimp on the outdoor BBQ. Hop on the free trolley to visit nearby restaurants, shopping and Island nightlife.

Completely stocked kitchen. We'll take care of beach chairs and toys, towels, and even the wagon to haul your stuff to the beach. A washer/dryer is included. And feel free to spin some vinyl on our Bluetooth-compatible record player.

Enjoy many activities on your visit: swimming, snorkeling, beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, shopping, watching wildlife, golfing, bicycling, tennis, para-sailing, and more. Easily explore taking advantage of the island's free trolley. There are convenient stops the length of the island.

You are vacationing in a residential area where homes are in close proximity to each other. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. A violation of the city's noise control ordinance shall subject the violator to the issuance of a notice of violation or citation. Hurricane Helene caused approximately 6 feet NAVD of storm surge that has had devastating impacts on the City of Holmes Beach that caused every ground level home to experience between one 1 to 5 feet of water intrusion.

Ordinances for a limited time to reduce the number of members of the public in the City to allow for safer, quicker, more effective, and efficient recovery efforts, and is otherwise in the best interest of the City, its residents, and citizens and for the public’s health, safety, and welfare.

This moratorium will be in effect immediately upon passage for a period of 45 days, unless otherwise extended, modified, replaced, or terminated by the Board of Commissioners pursuant to the City’s Charter.

Rental units can be used for displaced residents and construction workers over 30-day stays.
