Quiet, peaceful relaxing, just a block from the beach on this island that is only four blocks wide! Close to snorkeling, kayaking, and swimming, in beautiful clear water and fine white sand! Private beach right at the end of 22nd street. No hotels at this unique spot, just beautiful trees and vegetation!! Come experience old Florida right here on Anna Maria.

You are vacationing in a residential area where homes are in close proximity to each other. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. The maximum permissible noise level is 65 decibels (e.g., a normal conversation) between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 10:00 P.M., and 50 decibels (quiet conversation) between the hours of 10:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M. of the next day. No excessive boisterous, or repetitive noise (e.g., shouting, yelling, screaming) is permitted. These noises can deprive neighboring persons of peaceful enjoyment of their property. A violation of the city's noise control ordinance shall subject the violator to the issuance of a notice of violation or citation. Noise is measured at the property line of the property generating the noise.
Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. It’s fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient access, almost at the end of every block, along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of single family homes and small resorts.

Slice of HEAVEN! *****
I was going to take a cheap motel in Bradenton FL where the buddy I was visiting lives. He thought otherwise, and showed me the Vacation Rentals website, most specifically 2206 Ave. B. At $100/nt, was I REALLY going to stay at a Days Inn for, maybe, $15 less?? NUH-UH! This house is roomy, sunny-bright, and CHEERFUL, and turned this little vacay into something SPECTACULAR! THANK YOU KARL for twisting my arm!!

I would like to start with thank you. Our stay was pleasant and we were very pleased with the house. It was clean and comfortable and fit our family well. We appreciated being close to the beach and having access to the washer and dryer. All the beds were comfy and the linens were clean. The house had a cute retro feel to it. I have no complaints other than I wish my family and I had more time to spend there. Thank you for sharing your home. We hope to be back soon.

We enjoyed this quaint little house so much! It is cozy, comfortable and well through out. There was plenty of roomand had everything we needed, from linens, to household items, beach supplies and games. We felt right at home and the walk to the beach was very close and easy with the wagon that is provided in the gargage. We would definately recomment this house and will most likely be back, Thank you for providing such exceptional service.

This was out second time at the house-we love it! We look forward to coming again next year but for a longer stay.

The retro decor and old Florida construction makes for a very charming stay. While on a crowded street the plants all over the property give a great feeling of privacy. Only downside was the outdated facilities, but everything worked just fine. Great location, a short walk to the beach and a short drive/trolley ride to the rest of the island.

This little vacation rental was just what we needed. Had everything you could want for a trip to the beach with only a 3 minute walk to white sand and bath water.

This house worked well for the two of us. The area is quiet and yet close to the beach. It’s apparent that the owner is in the process of updating the home. The furniture is older, but comfortable enough. I’m sure it is going to be beautiful when it is finished. The sun room is a nice space to sit and watch my shows, while the husband can watch his shows in the living room…..it’s what we do;). It has most everything you’ll need for a comfortable vacation. I don’t mind washing dishes at all, and plenty of dishes and pans for any cooking. But we did miss an outdoor grill. Nice backyard area, would of loved to grill out there.
So, if you are looking that for a comfy place close to the beach to enjoy for a week or two, this place would work well.
