Update from A Paradise Vacation Rentals

We are open and we can’t wait to see you! We are excited to re-open our vacation rentals.  Here you will find our plan to keep you and your family happy, healthy, and safe.  Also, keeping in mind our homeowners and our employees.

Unlike hotels, our rentals have very limited community contact points making them the option for a safer stay. Units/Properties have been professionally cleaned and disinfected. We use hospital-grade sanitizers.

We encourage all guests and staff to:

  • Abide by social distancing rules and remain 6’ apart in all directions.
  • Wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
  • Cover coughs and sneezes. If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer with 60% alcohol.

Our main goal is to do all we can to provide a safe and clean environment for our guests.  In doing so, we are following CDC guidelines and Manatee Country Guidelines. You can find that info here.

The cleaning criteria have been reviewed with our housekeeping teams and signed off by each housekeeper. All Employees or contractors working will be provided the CDC related safety guidance to alleviate the transmission of the virus and provide further protection for employees and guests.

All reservations that were made before March 31st, 2020 will follow the normal cancellation policies.

A Paradise is not allowing any early check-ins or late check-outs per the County Guidelines. However, we are offering no contact check-in and check-out policies to minimize the exposure to Covid-19. There is a full time around the clock service to answer all guest needs as well.

Beer would be the only corona that one may find in our units!
