Came for a few beach days with our teenage kids. Location was great for us: laid back, walk right to the beach out the back door, and a few nearby restaurants. Beach chairs & umbrellas were provided & appreciated. Free laundry was also a plus. Be aware that only minimal paper goods (toilet paper, paper towels) were provided, so buy accordingly when you get groceries. Quiet location worked well for us, but if you want more “action”, stay further north near AMI.
