We had a very nice time in Unit #9. It was well equipped and the unit is a good location. There was road construction during the time we were there but it did not impact us much since we were on the bay. The unit is easy walking distance to the beach across the street.
The one issue for us was that we thought it had a queen and a full twin (from photos) in one bedroom, and actually it had one queen and bunk beds. It would be great for kids but wasn’t great for 2 adults (we had 4 adults in the unit). The other bedroom with a king was nice and the bed was comfortable.
The living room furniture was really comfortable with 2 sofas that had 4 built in recliners. We did not see a sleeper sofa in the unit as listed on the website.
The unit had a good kitchen, washer and dryer(in the bathroom), and 2 nice screened porches. The bay front porch had a beautiful view.
It was a very nice unit and we had a nice stay.
