Fabulous rental! The location is wonderful, the house has everything you would need, and the beach is amazing! The hosts are responsive and helpful. The pictures are accurate, the house is just as bright and beautiful as it looks! Everything was clean and organized and all the basic necessities were there for our comfort. The outdoor is amazing with a brand new pool and hot tub just by the canal. It was a really great stay!!
Hurricane Helene caused approximately 6 feet NAVD of storm surge that has had devastating impacts on the City of Holmes Beach that caused every ground level home to experience between one 1 to 5 feet of water intrusion.
Ordinances for a limited time to reduce the number of members of the public in the City to allow for safer, quicker, more effective, and efficient recovery efforts, and is otherwise in the best interest of the City, its residents, and citizens and for the public’s health, safety, and welfare.
This moratorium will be in effect immediately upon passage for a period of 45 days, unless otherwise extended, modified, replaced, or terminated by the Board of Commissioners pursuant to the City’s Charter.
Rental units can be used for displaced residents and construction workers over 30-day stays.
