This was a nice rental unit
Furnishing were just as advertised. Plenty of space for our party of 4. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen, bath and sleeping area were clean although there was dirt, dust and small trash behind the furniture that we noticed when plugging in phones. We had everything we needed for the weekend including nice towels, beach towels, soap and dishes. There were 2 hair dryers, coffee maker and toaster.
Beautiful view and nice table and 4 chairs on the balcony. The pool itself was clean with plenty of seating, even in the shade. The reason I only gave this property 4 stars was because of the grounds, not the unit. The property really needed to be cleaned up a bit. There was alot of trash on the ground in the parking area. Outside garbage needed to be emptied and one side of the pool deck was flooded and green and slimy like it had been that way quite a while. There is a nice shaded grilling area. The free trolley stop is close by and the monkey bus will pick you up. Just call them. The bus is fun. I would stay here again.
