Our family enjoyed the location of this condo, which has excellent access to the beach and a pool when the little ones get tired of the ocean. The condo was clean and well-situated for us, but I was a little put off by the lack of basic amenities. The condo had all the utensils we needed for cooking (presumably thanks to the owners), but the management/cleaning service ridiculously skimped on basic amenities like toilet paper, paper towels, garbage sacks, and hotel shampoo and conditioner. Since we were there for a week and paying peak spring break pricing, I found this silly and off putting. To save a little karma, couldn’t they have provided more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for an entire week, one roll of paper towels, and two kitchen trash sacks? And how about leaving salt and pepper in the cabinet since I’m sure we were not the first family to buy and leave this sort of stuff at the condo? This was not a huge deal, but I think the owners should talk to the management company about the lack of attention to detail on these issues. On the positive side, we were concerned that the condo would be loud because it has several units, but that was not the case. There were no “spring breakers” — just quiet families and retirees. It really is a lovely place.
