Location directly on the beach was great, as well as location on the island, we enjoyed being closer to the historic center. The kitchen was well stocked, couldn’t ask for anything else. The overall feel of the condo is “needs freshened up”. Gouges and paint peeling on walls in living room and 2nd bedroom. Old, thread bear towels and bedding need to be upgraded as does the Rubbermaid furniture on the balcony. Will definitely go back to Anna Maria Island but will stay elsewhere.
