On The Beach

These vacation homes and condos are located directly on the white sandy beach along the Gulf of Mexico.

Near The Beach

Our “near the beach” vacation rentals have easy access to the beach, and are located within 1 or 2 blocks of the white sand beach.

On the Bay

These properties have a direct view of Sarasota Bay or Tampa Bay.  Some have boat docks for fishing and boating.

Pool Homes

Homes with swimming pools and some with hot tubs.

Canal Homes

Homes on a canal, most have a boat dock for boating or fishing.

Mainland

Homes that are just across the bridge on the mainland, but all are within six miles of Anna Maria Island.  Mainland prices with easy access to the beach.

Large Family Homes

Homes with four or more bedrooms that comfortably accommodate large families or groups of eight to twelve people.

Pet Friendly Rentals

Homes and condos that allow one or more small pets.  There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee on all pet rentals.

Annual Rentals

Homes and condos available with an annual lease.  Most annual rentals are unfurnished, with utilities paid by the tenant.
