Rental Cancellation Policy

Deposits – $300 one week or less, $500 month.

Performance/Damage deposit required to secure the reservation. Deposit is payable by Visa, Master Card, or AMEX.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Performance/Damage deposit is required to secure the reservation.

PERFORMANCE/DAMAGE DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION.

3 night minimum on certain properties

Deposit returned after phone bill is received. Allow 45 days.

Pets – Please leave pets at home. A few rare exceptions require non-refundable deposit.

Utilities – Included in weekly rents and during winter season.

Tax – 6.5% state and 5% Local Option tax for 6 months or less.

Check-In: 3:00 pm

Check-Out: 10:00 am

Rent Tax & Cleaning due 30 days prior to arrival, and is quoted as a cash price.

Note – Not all units have all amenities. Rates subject to change.

Unit changes may, but rarely, occur.
